At Gold Gulf Coast Design, most of our products are custom-made and laser engraved specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our work, our return policy is outlined below.
All custom, engraved, and personalized products are final sale.
This includes (but is not limited to):
• Stainless steel tumblers
• Glassware and decanters
• Wooden signs and layered cutouts
• Acrylic signs
• Promotional products
• Awards and trophies
• Custom business merchandise
• Personalized gifts
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Customers are responsible for reviewing:
• Spelling
• Dates
• Layout
• Artwork placement
• Final proof details
Gold Gulf Coast Design is not responsible for errors approved by the customer prior to production.
If an error is made by Gold Gulf Coast Design, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.
To report an issue:
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
• Include your order number and description of the issue
We will review and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
If you provide your own item for engraving:
• We are not responsible for damage due to material defects, coatings, or inconsistencies.
• Laser engraving involves permanent marking and heat application.
• Results cannot be guaranteed on customer-supplied products.
No refunds will be issued for customer-supplied items damaged during engraving unless damage was caused by negligence on our part.
If your item arrives damaged:
• Notify us within 3 days of delivery
• Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable.
The following items cannot be returned:
• Personalized or custom engraved products
• Clearance or discounted items
• Bulk or special-order products
• Gift cards
• Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
• Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
