Gold Gulf Coast Design specializes in custom laser-engraved products.
• All custom orders require design approval prior to production.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, artwork placement, and design details before approving proofs.
• Once approved, we are not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, or layout.
• Production will not begin until final approval is received.
• Standard production time varies depending on product type and order volume.
• Large, bulk, or specialty orders may require additional time.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be approved prior to payment.
Estimated production times do not include shipping time.
• Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
• We accept approved online payment methods as listed on our website.
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
• All custom and engraved items are final sale.
• We do not accept returns on personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
If a mistake is made on our part, we will correct or replace the item at no additional cost.
If customers provide their own products for engraving:
• We are not responsible for damage due to material inconsistencies, coatings, or defects not visible prior to engraving.
• While every precaution is taken, laser engraving involves heat and permanent marking.
• We do not guarantee results on customer-supplied items.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights or permission to reproduce logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material submitted for engraving.
• Gold Gulf Coast Design reserves the right to refuse any order that violates intellectual property laws.
All website content, designs, images, and branding remain the property of Gold Gulf Coast Design and may not be reproduced without permission.
• Shipping times vary based on carrier and location.
• Gold Gulf Coast Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier.
Local pickup may be available when arranged in advance.
Gold Gulf Coast Design shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or profits
• Delays outside of our reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product ordered.
Because many of our products involve natural materials such as wood and glass:
• Grain patterns, color tones, and engraving contrast may vary.
• Slight variations are normal and not considered defects.
Gold Gulf Coast Design reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful design requests.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
